Terms and Conditions

1. A booking deposit of € 100 per week is required to reserve accommodation
    The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

2. The following cancellation charges apply :
    Over 6 weeks before arrival  Booking Deposit
    6 – 3 weeks before arrival  50% of total cost
    Less than 3 weeks before arrival 100% of total cost

3. A security deposit of € 100 must be given to the Caretaker on arrival. This will be returned within 7 days of departure provided the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.

4. The property must be returned in the same condition in which it was let. Failure to do so may incur an additional charge.

5. Rental of the Property may be terminated with no refund at the discretion of the owner if the tenants behave in a disruptive manner, cause a nuisance, cause damage to the property or in any other circumstances deemed reasonable by the Owner.

6. On the expiry or termination of the rental the Owner may remove all belongings of the tenant at the tenants risk.

7. The Owners are not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left on the Property.

8. The Owners / Caretaker may at all reasonable times visit the Property.

9. Possession of the Property must be taken between 16:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure and all keys returned to the Caretaker. Weely rental is usually from Saturday to Saturday.

10. The maximum number persons on the Property must not exceed 6 without the permission of the Owners / Caretaker.

11. We regret that pets are not allowed.

12. The Property may not be suitable for small children.
